Hey there, I'm Alyssa 

but my friends and family call me Lil (get it, LIL-ipad).

Creativity has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. From covering sidewalks with chalk doodles to designing outfits for my dolls, art was always my playground. But it wasn’t until high school that I realized I wasn’t just good at it, I had a passion for it. And I wanted to turn it into a career.

​

That passion led me to the College of DuPage, where I earned my degree in Graphic Design. I graduated (virtually, thanks to COVID 🙁) in the spring of 2020, earning runner-up awards for Best Illustration, Best Brand Identity, and Best Visual Portfolio among my graduating class.

Since then, I’ve turned design into a career I love. I’ve worked on a wide range of projects — from logo and brand identity design to packaging, photo editing, print layouts, digital marketing assets, web design, illustration, clothing design, and more. I’ve been lucky enough to have designed packaging that’s made its way onto shelves at stores like Costco and Mariano’s, and created album art for a song produced by Travis Barker. But what I love most is helping clients, especially small or newer businesses, bring their brand to life. Watching an idea finally come to fruition through design is the icing on the cake.
